Exchange


For Online Orders:

  • Contact superga@botfconcepts-my.com with:
    • (a) Order number
    • (b) Product exchange information eg. New model/size required
  • There will be a redelivery fee of RM15.
  • Upon confirmation by our customer service representatives, proceed to return your product via registered postage (recommended).
  • All postage costs incurred from size exchanges will be borne by the customer. Superga Malaysia will not be liable for loss of product sent via uninsured postage.
  • Products must be returned within 7 days.
  • Products must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Products must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
  • Products that do not fulfil the above will not qualify for an exchange.
  • Sale items are non-exchangeable.
  • Refunds are not offered at any point in time.
  • Customer service operates during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm UTC+8:00 (with the exception of public holidays).

  

For In-store Purchases:

  • Receipt must be presented to proceed with an exchange.
  • Products must be returned within 7 days from date of purchase.
  • Products are eligible for a one time exchange only.
  • Products must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Refunds are not offered at any point in time.
  • Sale items are non-exchangeable.
