  • Products must be returned within 10 days.
  • Products must not be worn, altered, or washed.
  • Products must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
  • Products that do not fulfil the above will not qualify for an exchange.
  • Sale items are non-exchangeable.
  • Refunds are not offered at any point in time.
  • Contact superga@botfconcepts-my.com with your order number and product exchange information. 
  • Upon confirmation by our customer service representatives, proceed to return your product via registered postage (recommended).
  • All postage costs incurred from size exchanges will be borne by the customer. Superga Malaysia will not be liable for loss of product sent via uninsured postage.
  • Customer service operates during our main service hours, Monday to Friday, from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm UTC+8:00 (with the exception of public holidays).
