HOW DO I PROCEED WITH AN EXCHANGE?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following:
(a) Order number
(b) Product exchange information of new model and/or size required
(c) Preference of exchange via mail or in store
Our team will be in touch within 1 - 3 working days to ensure you get your preferred product!
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?
All products must be returned within 7 days from day of receiving the parcel. Products are eligible for a one time exchange only and must not be worn, altered, or washed. Products must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR AN EXCHANGE?
Yes, there will be a redelivery fee of RM15.
CAN I EXCHANGE A SALE ITEM?
Sale items are non-exchangeable and/or refundable.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
Refunds are not offered at any point in time.
CAN I OPT FOR AN IN-STORE PICK UP?
Definitely. Indicate your preference in the Notes section when checking out. Alternatively email email@example.com.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG PRODUCT?
Apologies for that – please write in to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get it fixed!

All products must be returned within 7 days from date of purchase. Receipt must be presented to proceed with a one time only exchange. Exchanges can only proceed at the same store of purchase. Products must not be worn, altered, or washed and refunds are not offered at any point in time.
